Joining is done without entering your personal information into a computer at this time. Please manually write out the requested information for membership, print it out (Ctrl+P on your keyboard), and submit it to the address at bottom of the form for approval with proper dues. The form and oath (printed out and signed) is required for membership consideration. If the check submitted does not contain a current street address, other identification is required, such as a copy of your Voter's Registration or photo ID.

Dues are $5 monthly per $10,000 of disposible income, minus $5 per dependent. Click Here to see a reference table. Dues can be paid annually, semi-annually, or monthly and are self-assessed. Minimum is $60 annually.
